Kirsten has years of cheer and dance experience. She also has a background in tumbling and gymnastics. She currently coaches rec cheerleading in Salem and works for Carilion Orthopedics in addition to being a licenced cosmetologist. She is a USASF member and Safe Sport certified. 

Karlee is a former allstar cheerleader for Star City Spirit, Cheer Storm, Lancers, Synergy, and Fame Roanoke. She also cheered for William Byrd High School where she won a state title in 2008.
